WeanMi Account & Data Deletion Policy

WeanMi is operated by Q Labz Ltd.
We respect your right to control your account and personal information. This page explains how you
can request deletion of your WeanMi account and the data associated with it.
How to delete your WeanMi account
You can request deletion of your WeanMi account from within the WeanMi app.
Open the app and navigate to the account or profile settings, then select the option to delete your
account and follow the instructions shown.
If you are unable to access the app or your account, you can request account deletion by contacting
us at hello@weanmi.com.
For security and privacy reasons, we may need to verify that you are the account holder before
processing a deletion request made outside the app.
What happens when you delete your account
When your account deletion request is completed, your WeanMi account will be deleted and personal
data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymised, except where we are required or
permitted to retain certain information for legitimate legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention,
accounting, dispute-resolution or other lawful purposes.
Data that is no longer linked to you and cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained in
anonymised or aggregated form.
Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are overwritten or
deleted in accordance with our normal backup and retention processes.
Purchases and subscriptions
Deleting your WeanMi account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription managed
through Apple or Google.
If you have an active WeanMi subscription, you should also manage or cancel that subscription
through the store account you used to purchase it:
• On iPhone or iPad, manage your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
• On Android, manage your subscription through your Google Play subscription settings.
Deleting your WeanMi account does not change Apple's or Google's rules regarding purchases,
subscription billing, cancellations or refunds.
Where purchase records need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance or to
resolve purchase-related issues, those records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary
for those purposes.
Data processed by service providers
WeanMi uses third-party service providers to operate parts of the service, including services used for
authentication, app infrastructure, analytics and purchase/subscription management.
When your account is deleted, we will take appropriate steps in relation to personal data held through
our service providers in accordance with our data-retention obligations, our agreements with those
providers and applicable law.
Some purchase and transaction information may also continue to be held independently by Apple,
Google or other payment/service providers under their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
Information we may need to retain
Account deletion does not require us to delete information that Q Labz Ltd is legally required or
otherwise lawfully entitled to retain.
For example, limited information may be retained where necessary for:
• compliance with legal, tax or accounting obligations;
•
fraud prevention and security;
• establishing, exercising or defending legal claims;
• resolving disputes or chargebacks;
• maintaining records of transactions where required by law; or
• protecting the rights and safety of our users, Q Labz Ltd or others.
Where information must be retained, we will limit its use to the purpose for which retention is required
and retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary.
Requesting deletion without access to the app
If you cannot access the WeanMi app but would like your account deleted, please email

We may ask you to complete reasonable identity or account-ownership verification before deleting an
account.
