WeanMi Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the WeanMi mobile application, website and related services
("WeanMi", the "App", the "Service").
WeanMi is operated by Q Labz Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
By creating an account, accessing or using WeanMi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please
do not use the Service.
1. About WeanMi
WeanMi provides information, tools and educational content intended to support parents and caregivers
during complementary feeding and weaning.
This may include food information, serving guidance, meal-planning tools, recipes, allergen information
and other educational resources.
WeanMi does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a
qualified healthcare professional.
If you have concerns about your child's health, growth, feeding, allergies, swallowing or development, you
should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
2. Feeding and safety information
Introducing food to babies and young children carries risks, including choking and allergic reactions.
You remain responsible for deciding what foods are appropriate for your child and for supervising your
child while eating.
Food should always be prepared and served in a manner appropriate for your child's age, developmental
stage and individual abilities.
Information in WeanMi is provided for general educational purposes. Although we aim to provide accurate
and useful guidance, individual children develop differently and recommendations may not be suitable for
every child.
Always follow advice from your healthcare professional where this differs from general information
provided by WeanMi.
3. Allergies and dietary information
WeanMi may provide information about common allergens and ingredients. This information is intended as
general guidance only.
You are responsible for checking ingredients, product packaging and allergen information before serving
food to your child.
If your child has a known or suspected food allergy, medical condition or special dietary requirement, seek
appropriate professional advice before introducing new foods.
We cannot guarantee that any recipe, food suggestion or third-party food product will be free from a
particular allergen.

4. Accounts
Some WeanMi features require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details secure.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by circumstances outside
your reasonable control.
You must not allow another person to use your account in a way that breaches these Terms.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users or
the security of the platform.
5. WeanMi Membership
WeanMi may offer an auto-renewable subscription providing access to additional features or content.
The applicable subscription price, billing period and any introductory or free-trial offer will be shown before
you confirm your purchase.
Where a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price
shown in the purchase flow unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the rules of the platform through
which you purchased them.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are billed and managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel
your subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.
Purchases made through Google Play are billed and managed by Google and may be managed through
your Google Play account.
WeanMi does not directly control App Store or Google Play billing, refunds or payment processing.
6. 99-Day Meal Plan
WeanMi may offer access to a 99-Day Meal Plan as a separate one-time in-app purchase.
Purchase of the Meal Plan is separate from the WeanMi Membership unless expressly stated otherwise in
the purchase screen.
The Meal Plan provides access to the content and features described in the App at the time of purchase,
subject to these Terms and the rules of the relevant app-store platform.
The Meal Plan is intended for general educational and planning purposes and does not replace
personalised professional advice.
7. Referral and promotional offers
From time to time, WeanMi may offer referral codes, promotional pricing or other special offers.
Eligibility requirements, pricing and availability may vary.
Promotional offers may be withdrawn or changed where permitted by law and by the relevant app-store
platform.
A referral code does not guarantee eligibility for a discount unless the App confirms that the offer applies to
your account and purchase.

8. Purchases, refunds and billing
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the relevant app-store provider.
For purchases made through Apple, Apple's applicable payment, cancellation and refund rules apply.
For purchases made through Google Play, Google's applicable payment, cancellation and refund rules
apply.
WeanMi does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
misuse, disrupt or interfere with the Service;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to WeanMi systems or another user's account;
reverse engineer, copy or reproduce protected parts of the Service except where permitted by law;
use automated systems to scrape or extract substantial amounts of WeanMi content;
use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes; or
use WeanMi content in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
10. Intellectual property
WeanMi and its original content, branding, software, designs, text, recipes, illustrations and other materials
are owned by or licensed to Q Labz Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for your
own personal and household purposes.
You may not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit WeanMi content without our prior written
permission, except where permitted by law.
11. Third-party services
WeanMi relies on third-party service providers, including app-store providers and technology providers.
Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to keep WeanMi available and functioning reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-
free access.
We may update, improve, modify or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time.
We may also update content to reflect changes in guidance, functionality or legal requirements.
Where changes materially affect your rights, we will take reasonable steps to provide appropriate notice
where required.
13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeanMi is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not
guarantee that all content will be suitable for every child or circumstance.
Q Labz Ltd will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you began using
the Service or for losses arising from misuse of the Service or failure to follow appropriate professional
advice.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
14. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.

15. Termination
You may stop using WeanMi at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service or
where suspension is reasonably necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
16. Apple-specific terms
If you download WeanMi from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and
Q Labz Ltd, not Apple.
Q Labz Ltd, and not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content.
Your right to use the App is limited to a non-transferable right to use it on Apple-branded products that you
own or control, subject to Apple's applicable usage rules.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for WeanMi.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation in relation to WeanMi.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms in relation to your use of the iOS App
and may enforce the relevant provisions against you.
These provisions are intended to operate consistently with Apple's applicable App Store terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory rights and protections under the laws of the
country in which you live.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after an update will be subject to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted
by law.
