WeanMi (“WeanMi”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and handled when you use the WeanMi mobile application and related services.
1. Information We Collect When you use WeanMi, we may collect information necessary to provide and operate the app, including:
Account information When you create or use a WeanMi account, we may collect your email address and an account identifier.
Purchase and subscription information If you purchase a WeanMi Membership or another in-app product, we may receive information about the purchase and the status of your subscription or entitlement. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payments made through the iOS app are processed by Apple.
App data We may store information necessary to provide your account and app functionality, including information associated with your access to WeanMi features and purchased products.
2. How We Use Your Information We use information collected through WeanMi to:
create and manage your account; authenticate you when you sign in; provide the features and services available through the app; determine whether you have access to Membership or other purchased features; process and restore in-app purchase entitlements; maintain, secure and operate WeanMi; respond to support or privacy enquiries; and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your personal information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.
3. Service Providers WeanMi uses third-party service providers to operate parts of the service.
Google Firebase
We use Firebase services to support functionality such as user authentication, account identification and storage of app-related data.
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchase and subscription entitlements. RevenueCat may process identifiers and purchase/subscription information necessary to determine whether you are entitled to paid features.
Apple
Purchases and subscriptions made through the iOS version of WeanMi are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
These providers may process information on our behalf in accordance with their respective privacy practices and applicable law.
4. Payments WeanMi does not directly collect or store your full payment card information for purchases made through Apple's App Store.
Apple processes the payment transaction. We may receive information confirming a purchase, subscription status, product purchased, renewal, cancellation or other information required to provide the purchased service.
5. Data Retention We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide WeanMi, maintain your account, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce applicable agreements.
Where appropriate, information may be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
6. Your Rights and Choices Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.

7. Children's Privacy WeanMi is intended to assist parents and caregivers with baby weaning and related meal planning. The service is intended for use by adults and is not intended for children to create or operate their own accounts.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children.
8. Security We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. International Processing Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Where required, we take appropriate steps to ensure personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
